**All Returns must have the order's invoice or receipt. If the invoice/receipt is not returned with your purchase, you will only receive store credit for the current price of the item. You may also print this from the app, website, or email. 

Returns: Items returned within 15 days after item is delivered, can be issued a full refund (excluding shipping cost). We do not pay for shipping back to us for returns. All items must be in NEW (not worn or washed) condition with tags. (If your item is denied, you may forfeit your item, and we will donate the item, or pay $5 fee for return shipping to you.)

Beyond 15 days and within 30 days your item will be eligible for account credit. Same rules apply.

ALL intimates including: leggings, bras, bralettes, camis, are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned! 

When returning an online item in store, your item will not be returned by our store staff, but will be returned by our warehouse staff in 1-3 business days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause! 

Return eligibility:

Return eligibility are as follows 40% off or more: These items are final sale. Cannot return/exchange/etc

20-39% off: These items are eligible for account credit ONLY

up to 19% off: These items can be returned for a full refund

SEZZLE: Items purchased with SEZZLE are only eligible for store credit. Making a return will not change SEZZLE payments. You will be immediately issued a store credit when the return has processed! The store credit can be used on ANY of our styles! 

When will I receive my refund or account credit?
Your return will be processed 5-7 business days after it arrives to us.  

Damaged items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, please email us with pictures of the defect and order# (in the subject line)  within 7 days of delivery.  These items must be unwashed and unworn. 

Local Pickup (no longer available, for orders waiting for pick up): 

If a pickup is not picked up within 45 days, the order will be forfeited. 

Local Returns:

We accept returns locally! You may drop off your return in the drop box on our studio's back deck, or in store!

When returning an online item in store, your item will not be returned by our store staff, but will be returned by our warehouse staff in 1-3 business days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause!

Missing/Undelivered Mail: 

Any package that is not marked "Delivered" through the mail carrier needs to have a claim filed within 45 days of the package being sent from Charli Rose & Co! To start a claim click here https://bit.ly/3zA8jbF

After the claim has been filed, email customerservice@charliroseandco.com with the claim number. Please contact your local Post Office if your package has been marked "delivered" but the package is damaged or missing. Charli Rose & Co is not responsible for any packages once USPS has been marked "delivered." 

Pre-Orders: 

If pre-orders are customized they are FINAL SALE. All invoices MUST be paid in order to get your pre-order. If you DO NOT pay you WILL be BLOCKED!
